TIPS TO MINIMIZE CRAMPS

You don't have to take pain lying down.
There are other simple things you can do
to help minimize menstrual cramps and keep
enjoying a full, active life.

  • Soothe lower abdomen with a warm hot water
    bottle or heating pad to help relax muscles in spasm.
  • Pamper yourself with a warm bath. It may serve to open the

  • Avoid wearing tampons when your cramps are most severe.
